PDX Appliance Pros was born out of frustration. Our founder, Marcus Chen, spent years working for large appliance repair chains and watched as customers were overcharged, given vague estimates, and left waiting days for service. He knew Portland deserved better.

In 2008, Marcus launched PDX Appliance Pros from his garage in Northeast Portland with one service van and a commitment to same-day service, honest pricing, and standing behind every repair. Word spread quickly through Portland's tight-knit neighborhoods.
